Techron is good in my opinion. However in this case techron clean burn maybe just a marketing term invented for that very purpose. I doubt that is the main cause of your mileage discrepancy. It may even be as simple as the calibration difference between the two pumps of caltex and shell.

Many other importers are also present in the market today, and oil companies share products with each other all the time.

I hope not! Ayoko ng Blaze. I prefer RON95 only.

Petron doesn't sell Blaze to Caltex. RON95 lang binibenta nila to Caltex for Platinum.

Pag bumili ang isang oil company sa isa pang oil company, what they get is just the base gasoline without any additives.

For example, Shell buys 95RON gasoline from Petron Bataan Refinery. Kakargahan yung truck ng 92RON pure gasoline plus E10 sa main loading bay. Yung kinarga na 'to is the exact same fuel na kinakarga ni Petron for their own stations. Eto rin yung binibenta nila kay Caltex, Total, Flying V, at lahat ng generic na sinusupplyan nila.

The difference is in the additives - the Shell lorry will go to a second loading bay where they will mix in additives, and voila, that makes it V-Power Nitro+. Likewise, the Petron lorry will go to a different loading bay where it will be mixed with Petron additives and you'll have XCS.

Yung additives wala pang isang timba yung dami niyan, while 20,000-40,000L ang laman ng isang lorry.

Injected. Also inevitably mixed during the journey from depot to site. [emoji4]
