For gasoline, it would be Ethanol.

"biogas" is methane produced from fermentation of organic matter (biomass). same as the gas you'll get if you tap into the septic tank. or like in the movie madmax sequell "thunderdome", they got the biogas from the u-u of pigs. or the gas that fuels the petpetual fires in smokey mountain. FART, btw, is biogas straight from the source.

it's not a liquid you can put in your gasoline tank, it's gaseous. for you to be able to have enough to run your car you'll need to compress it and store in a tank much like an lpg tank.

but then again, mr. planas can just tap a hose from his ass and run his car!

biogas is also mixed up with a lot of other corrosive gases, that you need to filter it up (scrubber) before use in an engine. Some piggeries in Tarlac is using biogas made from the pig manure to run a V8 (I think its ford if not chevy) engine. Very powerful, not much modification on the engine but the carburator is designed for biogas (methane as explained by yebo).

I think it is also difficult to compress and liquefy so that it could be stored in tanks and sold for car use.

    hmmm, interesting.

sana gumawa sila ng tsikot na me orinolo instead of driver's seat....you just fart or take a dump para umandar. or scoop up the horsie poopoo from the calesas :D

actually i was wondering if there is somthing like biodiesel for gas-fed engines. bale no need for conversion, etc.; just put it in your tank and go

di be octane booster ung ethanol? i mean, you need to mix it with gasoline first? or can you use all ethanol(cut with something else para di sumabog makina mo, of course)? ung hinahanap ko is ung pwedeng altenative to gasoline

gasoline is much more highly refined than diesel. sa car and driver magazine dati, merong report dun na gumamit ng used vegetable oil as diesel fuel, and it really works hehe
