One auto technician told me na hindi basta basta ginagwa yan. a slight spark while draining can trigger explosion. pinapatay daw sa vinegar (or other chemical soaks, im not sure on this one) ang inside ng tank para by the time na iddrain sha it wil not be that volatile.
