Nice photo of the leak! I think its the Plunger's O-ring baka naging brittle na overtime. the function of the solenoid is to open the plunger to deliver LPG to the Vaporizer upfront. Either O-ring yan or sira na mismo Plunger mo kaya Passing na LPG. Meaning hindi na sya nagsasara kahit walang koryente Solenoid mo.

As for the leak...it should be contained within your gas box and should exhaust out of your car through the vent hoses. Unless its a major leak it should not enter your car.

thanks, taken from a camera phone pa yan hehe, i always have the impression na pag switch off ang engine mamatay lahat ng leak sa lpg since it was design to have check valve etc, kaya nagulat talaga ako kahapon when i was observing the leak after switching off the engine, kaya ito kailangan ko na naman dayuhin ang greenfuel to fix this.

siguro nga major leak na ito kasi naghahalo ang amoy ng car freshener at lpg, di maganda kaya i always roll down the windows from time to time para mawala yung smell.

Yup! This is good advise sir Mile2. This is effective in measuring FC. Also pls. be wary of stations that have uncalibrated dispensers as well. Uncalibrated dispensers can give you an impression that you are filling up more than 80%. for example a normal 60 liter tank should only be filled from 48-52 liters. If on a certain station it goes to 58 or close to 60 that means that station is pumping in less LPG than it should.

yup i always fill up on one station (total alabang) last time i suspected their pump was not calibrated kasi umaabot ng 32-34 liters, pero ngayon hinde na lumalagpas ng 25li ang full tank. pwede na rin.

Normal lang naman na malakas ang pressure pag tinanggal ang Filler Gun sa filler port. Kahit di ka magfull-tank malakas parin ang pressure pag tinanggal ang filler gun dahil doon sa filler port mayroong check valve (one way), and then pagdating sa tank multivalve mayroon na namang check valve. Yung pressure from tank check valve hanggang filler port check valve yun ang malakas ang pressure pag tinatanggal ang filler gun. Kahit mag-leak from filler port hanggang sa tubo papuntang tank di pa rin sisingaw ang tank dahil merong check valve doon. Actually puede mong pasingawin yung natitira sa filler port hanggang tubo papuntang tank, yun lang ang sisingaw pero di na sisingaw ang nasa tank.

Also, pag mahaba yung thread ng filler cap mo sisingaw yung LPG kasi tatamaan ng thread yung release button ng check valve, pero ang sisingaw lang ay yung na nasa tubo papuntang tank, yun lang natitira sa tubo ang sisingaw pero di na sisingaw yung nasa tank dahil may check valve na doon.

Kung gusto mong magmeasure ng LPG FC, always fill up on the same station and the same pump. Sa Total North Fairview ganyan ang ginagawa ko, kaya parating more or less 10 liters ang consumption ko daily.

sa dinami dami ng check valves hinde pala niya macacapture pag ito na ang bumigay. with engine on or off im leaking lpg. so mag iimprove pa pala ang FC once i have this fix by greenfuel. planning to go there next weekend. Thanks.
