Usually Total auto LPG pumps has this valve regulator just before the filler gun, some attendants will adjust it fully open and this is the reason for overfills beyond the 80% safety limit, but when the regulator valve is positioned halfway then the NoFill will come very slow but will give you assured 80% cut-off.

SeaOil pumps don't have this regulator valve before the filler gun so it fills beyond the 80% safety limit.
hmm, not sure about this adjustable regulator at Total coz most of the time i fill up at clean fuel since on the way ito at mas mura pa. check ko next time pag nagpakarga ako sa Total. Thanks.

Hi guys! I noticed there's a slowdown of discussion since the peek of conversion 2-3 months ago. How are you cars all doing? I think it would be healthy for all to share more about their experiences so that all of us would benefit from the info.
    RE: station that overfill
This has a lot to do with your Multivalves as well as the pumps. Maybe your tank is not at the right level of 30 degrees thus it overfills or your multivalves stopping mechanism is not working properly. This happens. So try to observe if it stops on some stations or not.

Just to share...for those of you, like me, who chose to locate your LPG filler discreetly beside your fuel filler, you may want to check if water leaks into your trunk. The past weeks have been raining and I discovered water inside my trunk. After investigation, I discovered that rain water seeps into the trunk through the gap around the LPG filler. To remedy this, I placed silicone around the LPG filler to seal it. So far, so good.

You may want to check your trunks as well. Baka pagsimulaan pa ng kalawang...

    Cheers!

i think some stations have different cut off pressure, been observing this a couple of times and it is very consistent with regards to which station you refill that is why a lot of lpg users ask why they have different cut off settings. baka ma overfill ka delikado.

I only fill up at either Total or Petron. (Are there other LPG stations that accept credit cards?) At Petron in Buendia, I always get no more than 40 liters. At Total-- either at Alabang or Kamagong-- it's always more than 40 liters. I also believe it's the pump pressure.

30 degrees? Can you please explain what this means? (I'm using a toroidal tank.)

SeaOil accepts credit cards. Now the challenge is finding a nearby SeaOil station which sells AutoLPG. I used to get mine from SeaOil Pasig Blvd (Shaw).

I tried to attach a picture of my LPG filler with the silicone applied but it did not work the first time. So here it is again. Hope it works. You will see the silicone around the LPG filler to cover the gaps and prevent water from seeping into the trunk.

How long since you last used your Petrol System? Either your petrol injectors are clogged or the fuel on your car is already stale (Panis na):o lets hope its the latter. This happened to me as well are you running on an SGI system? Dont forget to use your Petrol system once in a while to avoid this from happening.

Internal Toroidal or External? What i mean is the standard multivalves for cylindrical tanks. you should make sure that your tanks flange where you install your multivalve is inclined 30 degrees. you can check by placing a level sensor or meter on the gas box of the multivalve it should read 30 degrees. for your toroidal tank i think it is already 30 degrees so you dont have a problem with this.

Well, for me, no water because the LPG filler line goes down and up into the trunk which prevents water from dripping down the tube into the trunk.

The dashboard meter needs adjustment lang for the "low" fuel level.

*paololorenzo, revo ang ride mo right? Pwede malamang FC mo for gas and LPG both for city and highway drives? Paki indicate na din kung m/t or a/t at kung anong variant ng revo. Thanks.

Sakin din dati naging rough na yung ride when I'm using petrol. Culprit might be stale gas since my fuel in the tank has been there for almost 3 mos which was initially full. Inubos ko nalang yung natitira and refueled again. Now my car runs well again both on petrol and LPG.

    Hello guys,
I'm new here. I would like to ask your suggestion. I'm converting my 2008 NISSAN SENTRA GX to LPG.... been scouting for best deal from LPG installer here in our area (Tandang Sora/Mindanao Ave.). Already asked quotation for SGI system from Manila Autogas and ECONOGAS(cheaper by 5K). Can you help me make my decision.

the best practice is to run the car on petrol every cold start roughly a kilometer or 2 before switching to lpg para ma cycle ang fuel pump and injectors.

I had my Honda Accord 2006 2.4L done here in Econogas - Cebu. So far so good. I feels and runs the same as gasoline. Fuel consumption is almost the same with gasoline. Econogas also gives very good aftermarket service. I'm so glad to have my car enhanced with a Voltron SGI System from Econogas. Thanks to Ruben, their technical chief.
