    Opinions, please.
    Vios mt or Almera mt?
Issues include tibay, maintenance, fuel expenses, and overall pleasure in driving.
    Thanks.

    Vios, definitely.

I've had no issues with my Vios. The only common issues that other owners had was clunky front struts, but this is an easy warranty claim.

Maintenance is cheap as with any Toyota. Fuel economy hovers at around 8 km/L for city driving and 14-16 km/L in highway driving (my best was 21 km/L).

Handling is much better than all past Vioses, and ride is stable even on the highway.

Actually, the Almera ticks all those boxes too (except maybe handling), but the main difference is that it looks hideous (IMO), and resale value is awful compared to the Vios. Of course, both cars are mere appliances and will not be as fun to drive as a Mazda 2.

Dr D, sa lahat na mentioned mong "issues" mukhang pabor lahat yan sa Vios except maybe FC. Besides less grey hair ka balang araw sa Vios. goodluck!

    welcome back doc!!!

    Here's a post from sir SELEGNA_35

I was able to drive our ALMERA again today since our Vios is coding. Man, what a difference in comfort...tsk tsk I have been driving Our Vios since October last year, Its only today that I was able to switch car. Comparing the comfort, handling and ride, definitely the ALMERA tops it all.

Nissan Cars are truly underated, but they are at par if not better than other Car Brand in the market today.

If looks and resale value don't matter then go for the Almera.
However, to me they do matter so I go for the Vios.

I was in the same scenario 2 weeks ago for my company service. I was about to choose Almera base vs Vios J since company naman ang may sagot ng fuel at maintenance, kaso di ko talaga magustuhan yung melted-soap shape ng Almera.

Ang ending: Vios J with aftermarket alloys and foglamps. 😆

    Looks - Vios
    Space - Definitely Almera

If I'm going to choose, Vios.

Thanks bro kimbon! Busy lang sa work at school kaya ngayon lang nagka-time.

    On topic:
I will only choose the Almera over the Vios if I am after the space and airconditioning.

    Agree with this

Actually ok lang sakin exterior design ng almera. Kaso yung loob talagang pure plastic. Ang cheap tingnan buong interior
