The L300 may be cheaper by half as compared to the GRX, but the power it makes is also less by half. 145 horses vs. 73 horses and even worse for the torque! 360N-m vs. 147N-m! The L300 versa van, IMO is too underpowered to take in 12 full sized folks with their stuff out of town. And it might even have a hard time going up parking ramps with that payload let alone steep mountain inclines. And of course, will you compare how the two look? The L300 is easily twenty years older! Even if they sell a refreshed GRX now, it will still be mightily competitive in the passenger van market.
