    Strada parin ako.....

pero ang mga in-laws ko....... puro toyota ang car nila.

ewan ko. sabi nila madali raw mabilihan ng spare parts ang toyota....

    anyway........ +2 ako sa strada!

    Strada.

Hilux is just too bouncy for me. I also dont like toyota diesels - they are prone to overheating. Dont know about this new new engine though

I also like the higher tail bed design of the Strada - seems you have a better descent angle when you go offroading.

Hello Tsikoteers... this will puzzle your mind a bit...

    Mitsubishi Strada 2.5 GLS 4x4 M/T vs. Toyota Hilux 2.7 G 4x2 A/T

    Php1,087,000.00 - Hilux 2.7 G A/T VVT-i
    Php1,100,000.00 - Strada 2.5 GLS M/T Di-D
(discounts may apply on a dealer basis)

Two pickup trucks with very different engines and drive trains... they may not be the top-of-the-line variants but they are on the same price range!

if YOU have Php1,175,000.00 (the TRUCK of your choice + chosen accessories) to spend on any of these trucks, what will you choose? Horsepower (Hilux 4x2 G * 160hp) or Torque (Strada 4x4 GLS * 314Nm)

I'll go with the Strada... 4x4 + CRDi engine = :victory:

The only sore point with the Strada is its low seating position.

hehehe.... 3 tsikoteers on the strada... count me in!

i do like the strada better than the hilux- for better value for money!

*mazdamazda- just found out that the current Strada GLS now has a pump-style height adjuster for the driver seat.

the hilux will probably beat the strada off-road (traditional territory of toyota trucks) and the hilux has greater carrying capacity and has a larger cab... but i would say the Strada is the better overall vehicle, especially for ride comfort and carlike ease of driving.

strada syempre.. pero kung gagamitin mo sa construction. hilux na lang kasi sayang ang strada.. mas matagtag ata ang hilux. in the office we have both pick ups.. kung kargado ang hilux ok sya pero kung walang laman or ikaw lang solo ang nasa loob para kang nakasakay sa kariton na hila ng kalabaw.
