Hindi bro. Ang nangyari niyan, for a time, nagclaim ang LTO na wala na daw silang NCR plates so they had to source elsewhere. Sa Region 6 sila nakakuha ng maraming plates.
So for cars purchased from July-September last year, maraming naka-F plates. It's not limited to Ford, I also noticed a lot of Toyotas and Mitsubishis na ganyan.
