    You got a useful information here. I know it's not PPV (or is it?) but I'd like to add CX-5, it's timing chain. At least, according to my source.

    Chains should last the lifetime of the engine

    Maybe you are confusing timing belt with the outside engine belts ... Timing belt replacement usually at 80T to 100T kms ...

    Yes, Skyactivs are chained, not belted....so are Bimmers.
