i find the quoted change intervals, "too short".
my howner's manual for the innova says timing belt replacement is every 150K km.
    who quoted your intervals, carpy?

The fort and inno's kd engines are still timing belt. The newer GD engines are chain type

    pag severe to extreme usage..

    monitor the engine regularly...

pero kung "abusive" usage.. PMS yan lagi..

lalo kung excessive idling, highspeed driving, full-load ang driving condition..

    Both timing belt/chain...

60k kms is too early for timing belt change.
My D4D manual states that 150k kms palitan nh T Belt. But had mine replaced at 120k kms since sulit naman sa byahe.
Wala pa cracks ang belt at 120k kms

This is unusual! No diary of any sort. [emoji3]

You got a useful information here. I know it's not PPV (or is it?) but I'd like to add CX-5, it's timing chain. At least, according to my source.

Chains should last the lifetime of the engine

Maybe you are confusing timing belt with the outside engine belts ... Timing belt replacement usually at 80T to 100T kms ...

Yes, Skyactivs are chained, not belted....so are Bimmers.
