    On side note, dami rin pala may 720S dito. And two weeks ago, may nakita akong Aventador SVJ. Damn. Where do these guys get the money? Hehe

    Daming yumaman sa real-estate boom. The Chinese pay more than market price, in cash, for an entire year in advance. Kaya pataas ng pataas property prices. We locals are getting priced out of our own cities, parang nangyari sa Canada.
