November 29th, 2007 11:03 PM #31Just did a test drive on the Impreza 2.0 A/T and ok na ren pala sya.
Pros for me are: very fresh interiors, 10-speaker audio system, comfortable ride, body kit and rear wing included, nice sporty seats,
Cons naman: small cargo space, so-so rear legroom (but felt somehow better than Legacy), interior door panels felt kinda cheap
Its a good buy overall at 1.14M but with the new Corolla and Lancer coming out very soon, I think its better to wait and hold also.Last edited by ryan; November 29th, 2007 at 11:06 PM.

November 30th, 2007 07:44 AM #33Instead of just waiting, why not do more test driving? Teka, akala ko ba practical ang TOP requirement mo eh ayaw mo ng nako-cornihan ka sa purchase...hahaha. Personally, I'd get the Subaru also kasi mas malaki pogi points lalo kung WRX. hehe. I'd at least test drive that also. One last tip, after mo mag decide kung ano kukunin mo, magtanong ka dito kung saang dealer ang the best sa aftersales. Minsan kasi yun ang pumapalpak. FYI, I got my FXT plates in 2 weeks flat even with the special request.

January 17th, 2008 02:38 AM #35Test drove the MT Subie too. Question though, the sales lady said...brochure says..its 10 speakers. They can only fine 6 speakers in the car. Am wondering where's the other 4?
Speaker locations are in A pillar x2, Front doors x 2, Rear doors x 2.

That's not FWD vs AWD. That's the difference in suspensions.
The Mazda's suspension is set up to be stiff and sporty. The short stroke and the 17" wheels make it feel darty in the city. I suppose the difference with the Impreza is the long stroke and softer set-up, which absorbs bumps better.
Of course, a car that rides stiffly (as long as it's just stiff, and not outright jittery) at low speeds is more stable at high speed cornering... but then, I feel that the Focus's slightly softer set-up is superior to the Mazda3 in this regard. ;)
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Honda Civic ang choice ko. Iba pa rin ang vtech engine. Alagaan mo lang at sigurado na hindi ka ititirik.
