Hi sir Drey, as far as I know, duon sa first batch ng new strada, the variants were GL, GLX, and GLS, all 2.5 liters with the GLX and GLS equipped with 4x4, not sure kung 4x4 din ang GL at that time.
Nung inintroduce yung 3.2L, they added the word "Sport" to GLS, to distiguish it from the 2.5L. So the word "Sport" is confined to describe the 3.2 variant. Yun ang pagkakaalam ko.

May 7th, 2008 06:14 PM #64Test drove a Ford Ranger Trekker A/T last month. Power for me goes to the Strada. But pick-up bed and safety features goes to the Trekker plus its the cheapest A/T pickup in the market.
The Strada wins in Looks, ride comfort, RESALE.
RESALE Value is the one that should turn you off in buying any Ford Cars. You will lose half the value of the pick-up in 2-4 years. While The strada even the older models seem to hold its value quite well. Spare parts of Ford cars are very expensive and takes too long to arrive from abroad.
Somewhat expected from a rushed car from a first time carmaker
