November 3rd, 2008 10:17 AM #11i was initially thinkin of getting the 1.3, until i saw the upgrades of the 1.5... so it's the 1.5 for me...
had i gotten the 1.3, mapapatingin pa rin ako sa mga 1.5 while driving....
another thing, the power folding side mirrors are really neat... considering na magka-level sila ng handlebars ng mga motorcycles... so i fold them when in traffic na tight spaces.... alam nyo naman ang most motorcycle drivers natin , pag nadunggol nya ang side mirrors nyo, deadma lang ang mga yan at derederecho lang as if walang nangyari... i hope someday magkakotse rin sila so they'll know how it feels

I think that even with the new Jazz, I'll go again for the 1.3L, inspite of the additional features of the 1.5L. The additional power is not noticeable in our typical stop and go traffic.... Highway driving,- okay din lang ang 1.3L para sa akin....

Kung ako, 50K is a small amount to go for the higher model. Although, I prefer M/T (sorry OT)
additional 20Hp is big if you are talking about aroung 100Hp car, IMHO. :D

kung after ka talaga sa fuel consumption at katipiran, di gaanong nagkakalayo ang konsumo ng 1.3 A/T at 1.5 A/T pero kung between 1.3 M/T at 1.5 M/T e mas matipid yung 1.3 M/T...
1.3 A/T : = almost same FC with 1.5 A/T + saves you Php50K
1.5 A/T : = almost same FC with 1.3 A/T - bye bye Php50K + top range so more features mas pogi hehehe
1.3 M/T : + lesser FC than 1.3/1.5 A/T + saves you even more Php
:rainbow:1.5 for me ftw!
Small outside, BIG inside!!!

I'd like to go for the 1.5 Jazz top of the line kung it’s my first car or replacement of previous unit, but if it’s not and most of the time for my single use or city driving, the 1.3 A/T is a good buy. In my case pwede pa siyang idagdag sa garahe kasyang kasya hehe. Anyway both have the looks and efficiency – trademark of Honda.

THe Jazz 1.3 engine already has ample power for such a small car. I would still go for the 1.5.
Any way, panalo ka either variant. :D
1.5 pa rin :D

Ganda ng new Jazz! For the comparo.. i will go for the 1.5 variant. Price difference is miniscule for the top-of-the-line features...too hard to resists!
The 1.3 MT if fuel consumption is the topmost priority.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
