Between Corolla and Honda FD, mas maganda pa rin design ng FD though mas marami at cheaper parts siguro yung corolla in the future (since maraming takot sa high cost of maintenance ng Honda and mas kina-carnap ang toyota).

so far this holds true for the entire honda line up. para sa akin parang acquired taste sya. yung crv di ko rin nagustuhan nung simula, pero ngayon parang maganda na rin. same thing with the 2008 accord. parang nawierdohan ako nung una kong kita. baka pagnasanay e gumanda na sya sa paningin ko hehehe

anyway, going back to topic, good luck na lang at pabalita kung ano yung nabili!

I'd go for the Altis. Toyota is already tested in making sedans especially the Corolla model. But if you dont like the Altis the Civic is also a good pic. I don't like the all new Lancer it's overstyled.

my bro had a look at the new
altis last wednesday and he
was very much disappointed.
sabi nya mukhang ok daw sa
pictures at sa commercial pero
talo daw in person. he also
visited the honda showroom
and an agent told him that
sales for the civic went down
as buyers were anticipating
the arrival of the new corolla.
ngayon good business na raw
uli. hehehe. pero siyempre
agent yun.

anyway, baka raw magdagdag
na lang siya and get a subaru.
will keep you guys updated.
hopefully makapag-decide na
agad siya because he still has
to apply for the car plan. up
to 900K lang kasi ang car plan
nila and he has to fork over
the additional. sabi ko nga
mazda6 na lang na old model
pero over-over na raw sa
budget nya.

Subaru is a good brand, the only problem I see is prvenetive maintenance. Sigurado sa casa ka na kailangan mag pa maintenance since wala namang Subaru parts in our Banawe sukis and for sure mahal yan... Also isa lang ata CASA ng Subaru currently (nasa Greenhills), that might change in the future though...

Kung strictly sedan, go for Civic. It really looks hot to me, esp w/ nice mags. Pero kung gusto nya versatility and practicality, the Carens it is

I would guess na mahal, anyway as long as you get your parts at the CASA mahal sya regardless of brand since thats where the CASA make their living (and not selling cars, they only profit a little on selling cars since most of the profit goes to the manufacturer) in parts and service; kaya ako once warranty is expired SAYONARA to the CASA

It is possible some shops can service Subaru's pero para sigurado stick na lang to the plentiful cars of Honda and Toyota mas sure ka kayang ayusin ng mga suki sa Banawe...

If he still wants to get a Subaru, at least let him know about potential problems when doing his PMS....

the best pseudo-sedan for you is a 4x4 diesel pickup with a hard sport lid. the Strada has a reasonably roomy cabin + the expended trunk with the sport lid and added utility!

you will just have to deal with its extended length. im sure you will get used to it if you get one.

Pwede rin sya mag KIA Carens CRDi. Diesel yun, mabilis, matipid at maganda pa.
