    It still depends on the company perk. Pwede sagad 50% the car of your choice, eh kung nakatali ka naman sa company for 10 years without payrate increase kawawa ka rin :-)

    So if buying a cheaper vehicle, like a Corolla would mean a smaller loan or even she doesn't have to take a loan, it would be preferred from my point of view.

    A bank loan is not free money. You have to pay it back with interest. That is equivalent of your future income disappearing into thin air.
