    VM41 ? Baka typo lang. 4d56 or 4m41 lang ang pajero. IMHO nabuhay na naman ang bangkay na thread

    Medyo malayo ang V sa 4.. May 4M40 na Pajero. Yung 2.8L ng Field Master na pagka-bagal bagal.

    Talagang hinukay ang thread para ipag duldulan na maganda Everest niya

    I wouldn't call the Everest a non-Japanese car. Underneath it is after all still a Mazda.

    The Everest is a non-Japanese in general for me... They use German parts rather than Japanese parts... Pero yung next gen Everest definitely di Japanese, Aussie pa nga eh! Sa tingin ko baligtad, its Mazda (BT-50 a Ranger clone) that is turning Western than Ford going Eastern...

    Ah excuse me, I have a Pajero and its a Subic type having a 16 years old 4M40 engine and its not a smoke belcher since the day I bought it 3 years ago...

    Sabagay. Who knows how to define "Japanese Car" anymore. I wouldn't call the Nissan Titan Japanese either, it's more American than anything. Yung Chevy Venture American brand but made in China. Tapos ang dami pang Jap-Euro tie-ups.

    ang problema ng Mits yong makina ng pajero FM umuusok. Fortuners maganda porma pero matagtag di matibay ang powertrain module nasisira pag nabaha ganon din ang pajero at MS. Ford Everest subok na based sa mga feedback ng Everest Owners sealyado ang powertrain modules.

    I'd suggest we wait for the upcoming engine and transmission upgrades for the Pajero and Montero. The ones for the Montero are coming soon, not sure about the Pajero though. They might have to finish their stock first.

    I find the Everest to be a very durable car, and I really do like the way its interior looks, even if many people say otherwise. But then, its platform is too old to competitively compete with its rivals already. It should have been using independent rear suspension and rear disc brakes by now. Oh well, we'll see how the all-new Ranger based Everest looks like and performs. If I'm not always crossing rivers and jungles, scaling huge boulders or constantly doing relief work in flood inundated areas, I'm there with the new Montero.

    well i think baka naman always submerged sa tubig ang lugar na pinupuntahan ni sir kaya subok na subok niya sa bahaan yung everest niya sana hindi kalawangin agad ang ride niya

    Like I said if you read what I wrote, based yan sa mga feedback on the the other Everest Owners. So, avoid jumping to ur own conclusion, it may give doubt to other members on this forum. Matanong lang, ano ba kabayo mo?

    ung fort at ever pretending suv lng yan ung mga 3rd world suv.. ung fort di linabas sa us at europe ksi bagsak sa crash test napakalambot ng kaha ung fort nmn naka 18" rim pa kala mo maganda tagtag nmn, ska binase lng yan sa pick up e.. khet sa bangaan wala kau panama.. pag nanalo na kau sa dakar rally saka kau magyabang mga baguhan plng yan sa kalsada.. di kagaya ng pajakero bata pa ko sikat na talaga ginagalang yan sa daan.. hehehe peace
