Thanks in advance!

Depends on the dealership. But if they do accept trade-ins, the value given to your car will be much lower than market value. If you aren't short on cash, or willing to loose some resale value on your City, that would be the quickest way to dispose of your current car.

Most dealerships accept trade-in, tanong mo nalang kung saan dealer ka pupunta. But then, yung appraisal na ibibigay nila sayo is lower than how much you could sell your iDSi kung ibebenta mo sa taong bibili talaga.

For example, when you post it in sul!t.com, pwede mo mabenta yan ng 350k. The dealership will get you the car at around 250-260k lang. Why? Syempre kailangan pa nila kumita. Just like buy & sell. Buy low, sell high = profit.

I agree with sir gh and renzo.

When Toyota examined my car they quoted me 90k+ (I don't remember that much but I think it's around this price range) so I decided to sell my car rather than trade-in. I ended up getting more than the price they told me.

I read some pages in the mirage thread...it seems like you're in rush because of the discounts?
