    Hi all....both these models are within the same price range and similar promo schemes this month. The Terra though will cost 30k more sa down-payment and 2k more sa monthly amortizations. Total in 5 years would be around 150k more than the Mux.

    Now... I was hell bent on getting the Mux and the current low dp promo is enticing given that it's the 4x2 TOTL with very decent equipment on board.

    But now am strongly considering the terra for the ff:

    * more tech... Blind spot monitoring, lane departure assist, that electronic rear view mirror, 360 camera
    *sliding 2nd row seat
    * newer overall design
    * better looks (IMHO)

    The advantages I see on the Mux

    *been around for years so issues should have been fixed
    *bigger engine (less powerful but less stressed I would think)

    I think the tides favor the Terra here at least from the little I know from either models. Hope to get your comments as well. Which do you think is the better choice here?

    hinde mukang SUV ang Terra, para sya turtle na tinaasan ng gulong, Im thinking pag nagluma yun may tilt yun coz the body is too flat

    the MUX looks like a traditional no non-nonsense SUV, it stands like the LC Prado. I know kasi yun katabi ko sa parking ko sa condo, lam beses ko na cinompare stance nila dalawa.

    MUX is still the most popular PPV in Australia until now. maybe because their environment is somewhat like our, Outback subjected to elements type

    australians are lucky. they get the higher output diesel engine. and recently the steering has been recalibrated and they have more sound insulation.

    The current discounted price of MUX LSA 3.0 blue power is around 1.45m. Does this mean the VL Terra is in the same price range?

    Does anyone know if the Nissan Terra will come to the U.S. Markets? I heard it is possible, but it might take time.

    What's the price for the Terra VL? Or are you talking of those financing scheme promos?

    Financing promos on low down-payment. Comparing both will come out Terra more expensive by just 150k on a 5 year term. This already includes the dp you have to pay outright.

    You might like to do the math. You'll probably be paying the MUX at the SRP and not at the discounted price i.e. the discount is applied to the computed downpayment and not from the SRP outright. You see when the discount is deducted from the down payment, the basis of the computation is the SRP which in the case of the MUX is 1.8m. The amount left to be financed thus will be considerably bigger than when the discount is applied to the SRP. But its still your money and your circumstance.
