March 3rd, 2015 04:59 PM #13Good to know. Anong bank may free na chattel mortgage? Actually, I already own a Montero. Although, i considered chevy before pero wala pa silang 4x2 AT that time.
I'm in the hunt for a sub compact or compact car for my wife. It would be helpful which banks offer the best rate.
Sorry for being out of topic.

di naman siguro sir ganung kalaki yung interest. yung mga quotations nung mga agents na kausap ko the dp is from 228k hanggang naging 110k. yung montly ng 228k and 110k is same lang for 3 years and 5 years. so sa dp pa lang almost 50% na yung nabawas ko sa initial payment (118k). i chose 3 years installment.

March 3rd, 2015 07:09 PM #20For 3 yrs installment, di naman siguro ganun kalaki. I just check an inhouse scheme from toyota nasa 47% ang interest nila for 5 yrs whereas around 28 per cent from a bank. That is around 4k difference in 60 months (~240k in 5yrs).
Same scenario when i got my MS, 4300 ang difference a month between PO and inhouse. Although i have to pay 100k more initially, but after 5 yrs i will save 140k from interest.
But as i've said, di naman siguro ganun kalaki for 36 months since shorter ang term. Anyways, just enjoy your amazing ride. Dont think about the interest rate too much.Last edited by boytsiks; March 3rd, 2015 at 07:12 PM.
