Mitsubihi Hi-Lux VS Foton Thunder?

Isn't the Hi-Lux a Toyota, not a Mitsu?

Maintenance wise, I would still go for the trusted Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Isuzu

If you could afford the Hi-Lux, go for the Hi-Lux, pero I have heard that the Thunder isn't that bad at all. Even Car and Driver isn't disappointed.

kidding aside, i think the foton thunder is a good truck. it has all the right tools to become one.

The TOYOTA Hilux is a tried, tested and well proven vehicle. Great engine, good 4x4 system and very reliable and good looking.

Maganda kung sa maganda ang Thunder yun nga lang parts ang problema kasi nung nag test drive ako sa Tuguegarao may isang owner ng Thunder na nagrereklamo sa katagalan ng piyesa. BTW may limited edition ang Thunder na kalalabas lang at may 100k discount.

Hilux is well-proven, but I wouldn't disconsider the Foton. The Cummins engine itself makes it worth at least to take a look.

made in china? maganda pag bago. e pag luma na? pag naka-50,000 km na? maganda pa kaya?

cummins engine maganda? oh common! cummins engines smoke like a choo-choo train! pag binirit yan ng mga green boys ng denr multa ka na agad dyan. parang L300 yan later, makita pa lang ng smoke belching task force gumagawa na ng ticket kahit hindi pa nate-test ang exhaust. kahit bago!
