It will do the job but I'd never want to use one on a daily basis.
The body has as much crash protection as a milk carton. At least the Koreans have ELR seatbelts and have to meet Korean and European regional market safety standards (e.g. 2.5mph front bumpers and 40kph flat barrier crash tests).
The dashboard and sidings which are made mostly from vinyl and lawanit self destructs in no time at all. My friend's L300FB looked so tired after just a year or two of usage. And that unit was casa maintained and owner-driven by a very careful owner.

October 29th, 2007 04:11 PM #16If purely for business, I think wala talga tatalo sa L300 cuz reliable sya and there's probably so many cheap parts available for servicing.
But if your business delivery service needs to be presentable, I think ok kumuwa ng new Toyota Hi-ace. I think you can order that from Toyota dealers for just under 1M. For a bit more, it will look better than both the old Starex and Urvan.

L 300 ka na. Nagkameron kami L300 Versa VAn, 12 years sa amin pero wala sakit na ulo binigay sa amin nde nga lang kalamigan aircon. STAREX namin 3 years lang sa amin puro sakit na ng ulo binigay sa amin.
