    My BF is planning to buy a bnew car...and hindi sya makapagdecide...the choices are:

    Mazda 3, Honda Jazz or Altis ano yung pinaka ok sa kanila...practicality wise from the 3 alin yung matipid sa gas

    And for me naman...ask ko lang if ok talaga yung Getz ?

    If you want to be really practical... the Hyundai Getz 1.5L CRDi is the way to go. Its aesthetics (interior/exterior) isn't as snazzy as the Mazda3 but its retail price & fuel-sipping but torquey engine more than makes up for it.

    But if you want a fashion statement... the Mazda3 is a nice buy. The 1.6L engine is on the weak side though but it is adequate for our driving conditions here.

    For the lowest maintenance costs and fuel consumption, the Getz and Jazz are hard to beat. If you can afford the extra cost, get a Jazz with ABS and airbags... if you want to go cheap, the Getz looks good, while the simple interior is actually quite roomy. The Getz 1.1 is the cheapest car you can buy with power amenities, while the diesel is a very powerful and fuel efficient toy car.

    If you need a roomier car, the Mazda is pretty special, and resale value is good. The only problem is the merely average fuel consumption and the sluggish transmission. If you're considering an Altis, the new Civic 1.8v is much better value for money than the 1.6 Altis. The waiting list is getting long, though.

    thnx sa mga reply...

    Between Mazda 3 and Jazz?? sensya na ha...pinagiisipan talaga ng bf ko para hindi sya magsisis sa huli

    yung getz kasi para sakin...yun nalang siguro...really want the jazz (pink) kaso hindi kakayanin ng powers ko ang budget!

    naku pagtatawanan ko nalang sya kung ganun...kasi panigurado kung pagpapalit nya ko sa mga BMW (Babaeng Mahilig sa Wheels)

    oks lang. Anong budget mo sa Getz? Make your BF get the Jazz so you can get the top of the line diesel Getz with the sukli.
    Anyway, the Getz is a good choice, as it is sure to be cheap to maintain.
    Get it in Sky Blue or Sheer Yellow... very cute!
