I do agree that at 750k range, the vios xe just blew every competion out of the water.

I still believe in the following tiers for sedan:

    Below 600 to 700k - get g4 glx or vios j
700k to 800k - vios xe (new) or almera (before)
800k to 900k - city or probably accent diesel (they have not released price yet)

Got my 2018 mirage g4 gls *95k discount, Price tag of 769,000 less P95,000, but i like the safety features of vios new gen, until i found out vios xe. * P753k
Downside my mirage g4 gls doesn't have alarm.
Needed to shell out some cash for the alarm.

    Awts. Buyers remorse.
Didnt knew that they stripped the alarm on the gls. But at 675k, pwede na rin siguro.

Glx is still car to get if going the g4 route.

mura lang naman ang ex-factory alarm.

just looking at pictures of the vios and the mirage, side by side, the choice is easy for me, even with the slight difference in price.

    but hey!
hatches have a charm all their own, that sedans can never claim.

Nasa 8.5k din ang orig alarm, kpg aftermarket naman mura=void warranty daw. No choice kaya nagpalagay nalang kmi sa kasa nung last month.

So far love this car it was came from hard earned money na pinagiipunan ng matagal.
Better gas mileage, although 2 airbags lang, cheaper
maintenance for 3 cylinders, locally assembled so di rin siguro mahirap parts in the future.,
