    i need advice from u experts...im planning to buy a second hand car (i prefer HONDA LXi or VTi) but, until now d ko prin alam kung ano kunin ko...manual tranny or automatic whats the difference bet. the two as far as maintenace is concern? sama narin natin ang handling and fuel consumption etc. hope u guys can help me

    manual ako mas ok consumption pag manual tas mas masarap ibirit at grabe kaka antok pag drive ng matic sa long drive!

    Depends on the vehicle actually. Some matics are really slugish and boring to drive.

    If acceleration is good, I prefer MATIC.

    if you live or will be driving through in a high traffic area... you might want to consider automatic tranny.

    Daily driver, city driving, and you don't mind (a bit) lower gasoline mileage?

    Matic.

    (But then again, it'll all boil down to passion driving vs. comfort driving)...

    My cousin before had this dilema so to settle the score we went for a good test drive of both variants. It was one of the best ways to make that crucial choice.

    Nothing beats hands on evaluation because we all have different driving styles and habits.

    This way you can decide if an automatic is sluggish or not.

    Whoever said that should be hanged! Upside down that is hehe.

    First time I heard of a disposable tranny and there is no such thing.

    What is a fact though is that compared to a manual, an AT will cost more to repair.
