Mazda 2 was pretty fun to drive..and very easy to drive. just point and shoot! As it being a small car, it moves pretty quickly when you want it to. It's a good car I think for a 1st time driver. It also doesn't look too bad.

The Accent Blue is another nice choice by looks alone.

Also consider this, the above are only 4 speed a/t. Since you do mostly city driving, i think that'll be fine. 5 and especially 6 speed automatic trannies are extra perks for open roads.
