Mitsubishi Mirage nalang. Either the 498k barebones MT GLX, or kung afford mo magdagdag, yung GLS (588k for the MT or 638k for the CVT).

It looks respectable (can't say the same for the Eon/Alto), it has all the features you need (pag yung GLS), it's spacious enough even if you have a family in the next few years, and it's very fuel-efficient.

Best choice for me would be the Mirage. Great value for money. Since this is your first time to have your own car (and since you also already have the budget), I suggest you stick with a brand new. Less worries and more time to enjoy and familiarize your car and your driving style.

prices/variants are already mentioned by sir jut703, may picture pa. red nga lang, di katulad ng nakita mong blue.

visit na lang your nearest showroom to see it in person, este, see it "in metal" pala. good luck!

May libre pa atang ipad mini. To give you an idea nung bumili kami ng lancer 400k ang down namin pero di pa kasama yung other things like lto, chatel, insurance doon. So mga 400+ yung cash out namin. Ang price ng lancer nun is 829k kasi automatic. Yung monthly nasa 10k a month lang.
