    Hello,

    My brother is planning to buy his first car. Considering his budget (550k to 650k) three vehicles
    that we are looking at are

    1. Hyundai Grand i10 (1.0 S Manual)
    2. Suzuki Swift 1.2
    3. Mitsubishi Mirage

    We'd love to have the following features

    * ABS Brakes
    * Dual Air Bags
    * Nice leg room
    * nice interior
    * Power window & central lock

    Gagamitin lang ang sasakin for
    * Going to/from work (alabang to makati)
    * usual weekend gateaway (mall, beach)

    Hope to get some feedback and guidance

    Thanks in advance!

    between the swift and the i10, i prefer the i10.
    i fit comfortably in the back seat of the korean, but very tight in the swift's.

    I actually prefer the Grand i10 if not only for that price tag.

    Mismo.. we went to Suzuki, Hyundai and Mitsubishi alabang dealers.

    The mirage was so small and medyo mababa compared sa swift
    The swift feels solid, has the MINI look, and price is within the budget.
    The i10, maporma yung non-base model with lots of gadget-ry but unfortunately mahal at wala silang
    masyadong promo ngayon. Mukhang may waiting period pa sa availability ng car.

    All in all, personally nabuhay muli ang admiration ko sa swift!

    do not buy a hyundai grand i10, literally saw one crawl in kamay ni jesus quezon and another a few weeks ago in tagaytay.... while the alto and mirage easily breeze through it. before there was this show ice road trucker deadliest road edition, the alto, celerio and swift can easily climb the hindu kush region nakikipag gitgitan sa innova and local tata of india.

    asar ang auto correct and suggest... cant freaking turn it off!

    yes. spec sheet is useless in actual scenario... though i was suprised by the mirage and celerio's capability

    ikaw kung ayaw mo maniwala bumili ka or ask an s.a. kung pwede i test pa uphill sa tagaytay via sta. rosa exit.
    alam ko madaming mirage ang nai akyat na ng baguio, same with suzuki.

    Imposibleng hindi makaakyat ang i10 sa tagaytay. All modern cars can climb tagayaty. Baka nagsa-sight seeing

    i think that i10 either has problems or there are other things they are doing. we like to multi-task right

    i am not defending the i10 or anything, but unless there is serious problem, all modern car can climb to baguio/tagaytay.

    As for the comparo sa first post, I am curious sa FC ng swift 1.2. I read good things about swift 1.4 FC so maybe this will improve? (or not).

    if Suzuki Dzire is heavier than the swift 1.2l then it should be better than the 1.4l swift
    I read some reviews about Dzire and FC is almost comparable to mitsu mirage

    yes, puede silang lahat umakyat sa baguio.. how'd they get there if not? sumakay ng victory?
    but i think the question is, how easy do these small cars do it? with great ease, or at a snail's pace, with great difficulty?
