    Seems that QX56 is based on the Y62, It does seem like they both have the same interior and the only difference is the
    exterior design. In countries which Infiniti Qx56 is available the Y62 Patrol isn't offered by Nissan, I might be wrong. Any help because I've been watching around youtube and only the Qx56 are being reviewed, which might not be bad if the only difference between the nissan and the infiniti is the exterior design and the technology is the same for both SUVs.

    Middle East has lots of reviews for Patrol Royale. Plenty of comparison with Land Cruiser. I think features for Patrol and GX56 are almost the same so only the brand matters and the design.
