Skyactive + Yojin3 are big factors. The Civic FB IMO, looks wise, is inferior to the new M3, both all stock. But modified, I think you can have more toys with the Honda.

haha, natawa ako sa puso Sir.. nagtest drive ako sa BGC nung Friday, I think I'm more inclined to get a hatch M3 1.5L.. salamat po sa mga mababait na sumagot dito..

Hahah totoo yan, pag namimili ako sasakyan, una kong tinitingnan spec initially, normally naman basta parehong kategorya yan dagdag bawas nalang sa toys at pa promo at konsumo...lagi akong napupunta sa tawag ng puso. Yung tipong pakiramdam ko e, tuwing mamanehoin ko napapangiti ako for the coming months.

Pero siempre may inputs na rin yung specs sa gugustuhin ng puso, pero pag nag dikit na, alam na.

ganito lang yan. imagine civic na nabili mo, then you're in it and see a mazda 3 passing by, would you wish na yun nalang dapat binili mo?

vice versa naman, naka mzda 3 kana, would you wish na you should've gotten the civic pagnasa loob ka na ng mazda 3?

The Mazda would be the more aggressive and adventurous choice compared with the Civic. I would venture it further bec of the Yougin 3 maintenance offer backed by positive reviews. However put into consideration the availability of service in your area.
