    Since I go home to the Philippines every 3-4monthsm should I buy a car or just rent one? if buy, what should the price range be, 200 to 400k .....

    You go home every 3-4 months and stay for how long? Weeks? Days? No one else will use or care for the car while you're out?

    You go home every 3-4 months and stay for how long? 2 to 3 weeks max

    No one else will use or care for the car while you're out? Nope.. just park in Makati or Global City

    Just rent. 2-3wks, you can get a late model car at the rate of 1k/day na. You won't have to worry about paying for parking, maintenance, insurance, security, et cetera.

    better rent out a car for the duration of your stay. meron ata 1k a day yung mga china cars na for rent.

    sa duration of two to three weeks rent out a vios or something na lang. no hassles of insurance, registration, parking, etc etc.

    Look for other cars.

    Ford Explorer = high maintenance, gas guzzler, cheap resale value.

    Sa sulit.com.ph marami for lease na cars. Pansin ko kasi pag 30days ang rent, usually they give it at 1k/day na. Not China cars. Nakupo, para kang nag-kamikaze nun. hahaha.

    Why get a Sport trac ? Because it's a ford ? Uhg. High maintenance, gas guzzler etcetera.

    get yourself a lancer gsr nalang. or yet, a nissan exalta.
