but, if you're willing to explore 2nd-hand options, you can get a good SUV with your budget.

Baket walang nag susuggest nang Lancer is it that bad? My former car na kakabenta ko lang last week was a Lancer 95 GLXi. I noticed na parang kokonti ang nakikita kong Lancer na bago sa daan, marami altis vios honda..pero Lancer na bago konti lang.. Why?

I'd go for the Altis then maybe slap on a good looking (but not too large) set of rims. What I really like about the Altis is the suave interior sans the wood panel versions. The exterior body is appears large looking and commanding from side view. Maybe that's why Brad Pitt agreed to do the commercial for its launching some years back? hehehe

I went to Mitsubishi and nakita ko yung Lancer GL.. All black interior... All power, alarm, in dash CD, 4 wheeal disk brake..tapos pinaka mura sya sa lahat..683k less 20k ang price for the discount.

What u think guys?

What's going for the Altis 1.6 is that it's the most popular vehicle amongst your choices. It is fuel efficient and comes with airbags already... kulang nalang ABS. Resale value also favors this over the Lancer.

What's wrong with the Lancer? Well I assume most has to do with Mitsu being problem-concerned in the past decade with regard to it's finances and vehicle recalls. Sayang as the car has good packaging... my sis was considering one also before but they opted for a Altis E. The family of my boss owns one of the Mitsu dealer chains and he said that the MMPC isnt getting any good support from Japan.
