Grandis.
Though I'd prefer a Toyota over a Mitsu in general, especially in our local market, I think, if you're not going off-road, or if you don't need the ground clearance, you're better off with the Grandis.
It's spacious, it rides and drives like a car, but has more ground clearance than a car. In terms of mapopormahan, yeah, I believe that shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I'll be biased to the Grandis coz we have one I can't say anything negative about it except for the low ground clearance.
And everyone I asked about the Fortuner's ride, lahat pareho sinasabi... Matagtag!!!

Fortuner 2.7
For Toyota build quality, ride height, and almost
Expedition stance and presence for half the price.
I rode a Grandis during my last visit to Bangkok (called Space Wagon there), it has 15,000kms on it, and the suspension sounds and feels like crap. Considering that Bangkok has better roads than Manila, I won't bet my hard earned money on Mitsu quality (no offense).
Cheers!

Hehehe... we test drove a Grandis in Manila with more than 100K kms.
Two words - "Still Solid".
For Toyota build quality, ride height, and almost
I guess that suspension is more crappier because a lot of owners are complaining.Last edited by drey; August 7th, 2007 at 07:30 PM.
