Grandis.
Though I'd prefer a Toyota over a Mitsu in general, especially in our local market, I think, if you're not going off-road, or if you don't need the ground clearance, you're better off with the Grandis.
It's spacious, it rides and drives like a car, but has more ground clearance than a car. In terms of mapopormahan, yeah, I believe that shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I can't say anything negative about it except for the low ground clearance.
ive seen a couple of grandis w/out plates pa.still looks nice esp the limited edition version with hid headlamps
