Ford Focus 2012 vs Toyota Corolla vs Mitsubishi Lancer EX

I will buy a brand new car this year. and i really need help.

Sa tingin niyo alin ang mas maganda?

1. Fuel Consumption
2. Performance
3. Availability of Parts (nagpaplano kasi ako magmodify afterwards, kung sakaling mas Mahal talaga ang Ford, anu po kaya ang ratio compare sa Toyota?)
4. Maintenance Cost (Sabi nila sobrang mahal daw ang maintenance ng Ford, totoo ba? Toyota man or ford, mostly sa casa rin punta ko, malaki ba pagkakaiba ng maintenance cost ng ford sa mitsubishi at toyota?)
5. Design
6. Space
7. Hindi mahalaga resale value. hehehehe

EX is definitely my choice because of its maangas looks. Nung single pa ko eto na yung dream car ko :-) problema sa ford is spare parts pero kung brand new naman oks lang din. Kung PMS hindi naman malayo ang Ford and Toyota

I'd choose the Focus kung yung parating na bago yung sinasabi mo.. pero kung hinde.. i'll get the EX

Opo, ung parating na bago ang tinutukoy ko, balak ko kasi, palagyan agad maganda headlights hindi ok ung stock, pati ung tail lights, white kukunin ko, tpos pa smoked ko ung mga ilaw. tapos mas malaking mags. hehehehe.

gusto ko rin po talaga yang EX lalo na ung GT-A kaya lang may kamahalan, ang iniisip ko po ung price difference nya, puwede ko na ilagay sa mods. ^^ astig din ung paddle shifters nung GT-A. hehehehe.

If you have the money, go with Lancer EX GTA because people deserve to see good looking cars on the road. Kahit stock na GTA astig na. Mods and engine upgrade after 3 years kapag expired na ang warranty hehe. You can check SpeedLab's website.

Well ... maganda rin pala ang Focus sedan kapag naka-mod



Lamig pa ng cabin niyan, may separate aircon vents para sa rear passengers and the trunk space is HUGE !

The Lancer will have far more aftermarket parts than the Focus. If u plan to do a lot of mods, you're better off with a lancer.

If it would even reach our shores, you won't have much stuff to modify it. You would be left on your own resources to import your mod parts which would more than double the required budget for modifying it with aftermarket stuff.

Best car from the options for aftermarket mods is the Lancer EX. You will have lots of options for external looks mods and performance mods as well.

Sabi po nila parang may ABS problem daw ang Lancer EX GT-A? totoo ba un? and how about FC? malaki ba difference? kung hindi naman e baka mag lancer na talaga ako. =)

Unfortunately I only drove my EX for a year when I had my accident with it so I cannot give you any 1st hand experience with the ABS issue. As for FC, variest between 7 to 9 km/L in city driving. 12km/L for highway.

Honestly speaking, there is no "perfect" car that would satisfy anyone's requirements. We just have to live with the compromises we have chosen for ourselves. Better to drive the car you like/love than a car that you feel indifferent to.

Pag big deal sayo yung porma porma at angas angas, at kinokonsidera mo rin lang ang lancer...dumiretso ka na sa GTA para isang bagsak nalang....pogi na out of the box tapos covered pa ng 3 year warranty....coming from an MX owner.
