MIATA is only good if you are a collector or if you want a toy to drive around on Sundays. It's not a good out of town car because of limited trunk space and limited engine power. Good luck if the aircon works well enough to blow a hint of cool air (note: not even close to cold) on a hot summer day.
Stock 1.6L engine power is crap.
Seating is cramp.
Driving this car on EDSA would make you feel small, very small. Small enough to get run over by a speeding bus without it knowing. This is the very comment of my friend who bought one without properly thinking about it.
This car was sold in the late 90s. It's already 2011. It's practically 25 years old. Whatever the seller would tell you, any car this old will require fixing in some degree. Parts are available but some would require pre-ordering & a long wait.
