Hi guys!
My dad, having just sold his 2006 Fortuner, is in search of a new rid. So, is the TXL Dubai a good buy? He's already got an x5, a bk pajero, and a new gen crv so the Land Cruiser and the relatively more expensive VXL versions are out of the question.
And yeah, maybe you can suggest a good SUV that's around the TXLs price range.
Thanks.

you guys considering sedans ? if so, you've got a long list of alternatives. if not, then i'd guess you have to stick with the prado. if its worth the buck, sure it is.
other alternatives could be the bigger & meaner ford expedition flex fuel, chevrolet tahoe/suburban or the less expensive ford explorer. those cars come at the same price range as the prado does & i admit, those cars turn a couple of heads too especially if they come in black with large ass chrome shoes.Last edited by renzo_d10; June 1st, 2011 at 05:34 PM.

Why not get the two abovementioned korean SUV's?? More cheaper, more economical, and more comfortable. Korean cars are now on par with the Japanese.

There are several more SUV's that could be included in the alternative-list
One is the Subaru Tribeca
Or the more executive looking Mazda CX9
