March 3rd, 2008 04:56 PM #91I agree, and this is the reason why I chose the Sportage - leather interiors, 4wd, diesel, roof rail, shift stick (vs. CR-V's fabric interiors, 2wd basic only for even much more money, no roof rail and shift stick was stuck on the lower dashboard, which I found unergonomic, even if it was AT!).

Sa akin lang naman ah mag CR-V ka na, since highway naman yan as you claim the CRV's gas mated with 6 speed M/T is quite efficient in that scenario. Patay ka lang sa bumper to bumper traffic. But don't listen to me, I am a big fan of Honda engines kasi eh (both for their reliability and cheery performance) kaya it might be my biased opinion. But ok din yung Tucson and Sportage (pero di gwapo) na diesel. I think wahtever you choose walang talo, its just a matter ano mas matimbang sayo...
Parang naging pampagulo pa ata ako ah?

July 10th, 2008 07:54 AM #97Toyota News - Strategic Vision survey favors Honda and GM

, Honda, Toyota
Strategic Vision just released its list of top automotive brands and models and it looks like Toyota slipped a bit while Honda held strong and GM moved up. Strategic Vision is a marketing research company that consults with automakers on vehicle values. Through surveys, they questioned more than 64,000 new vehicle owners about their experiences and whether they believe they got their money’s worth. The study is unique in that it also incorporates emotional responses to vehicles.
Honda stayed on top in the overall rankings as the best full-line automaker, which is no surprise. General Motors, however, won four categories and was the only domestic automaker with a segment-topping vehicle. Toyota, had seven winners in 2005, but managed only three categories this year. “One thing about Honda that is just really clear: They have the strongest brand equity of any brand out there,” said Alexander Edwards, president of Strategic Vision’s automotive research group. Honda’s “perceived reliability and durability,” helps boost the brand’s value, Edwards added. The full list of segment winners can be found after the jump.

since sa america ay number 1 ang tucson for a survey of 67000 people, tucson ka na. kami may tucson at maganda naman ang performance nya, malakas ang hila ng makina, hindi ka mabibitin at 5 yrs warranty sya. at scratch proof ang interior nya. good kung may mga pets kang sobra likot eh kami kase meron hehehe. saka diesel naman so makakamura ka kesa gas.
the winner is selling it :twak2: 350k daw i already messaged him haha. it's just a free car so i'm...
