I decided to just purschase a sedan rather than an MPV. My choices are the following. It will be a daily car driven by our driver that would seat 5 people comfortably. Legroom and headroom is a priority.

    1.Mazda 3 1.5v
    - According to reviews and from the mazda 3 thread it is fun to drive and it does not feel underpowered and the 1.5v has a more comfortable ride than its 2.0r brother. I'm thinking twice if I/m gonna consider the 2.0r since it has the same fc figure.
    - YOJIN3- it will help me save a few bucks for 3 years
-Has a lot of toys at 975k

    2.Nissan Sylphy 1.6 upper cvt/ 1.8 v
    - It is the biggest among my choices. It has the largest amount of legroom and it feels the most luxurious compact sedan.
    - I have yet to inquire at Nissan Dealer about the discount I heard they are giving 80k discount on the sylphy

    3.Honda City VX Navi+/ E Navi+
    - It has decent space
    - Paddle shifters?
    - It has a lot features that are not present on it's competitors

    4. 2016 Honda Civic E
    - New model
    -bigger than the city
    - I'm gonna consider this if Honda will be giving discounts

I'm open suggestion and the Pros and cons of these vehicles.
    Thanks
first choice would be the civic. second choice would be the sylphy.

If it's just driver driven, get the cheapest one among your options. Honda sometimes gives discounts for newly launched cars. They are very tight with giving discounts. The features of the new Honda Civic would be nice if you were the main driver.

I'd get either a manual Sylphy or Altis. Try out both and see which one you prefer. Just remember that the Sylphy will most likely have rubbish resale value if you plan on selling within just a few years. Since the driver will be driving most of the time, I suppose you just look for the most frugal, and the one with the biggest backseat.

If you're not too keen on features and just need a utility sedan with decent space and acceptable fuel consumption, you may just have to go with the Honda City E for 800k.

If you want some good features and bigger space for around 1M, it has to be the Sylphy 1.8V or Altis 1.6V. For the performance-oriented, no other compact sedan offers midsize-level power output for a price of less than 1.1M other than the Focus Titanium.

Even the 2.0v Altis dosen't have the 7inch or atleast 6inch HU compared to it's competitors. Toyota always strips off features that is present in other countries. 1.201m wow

Thanks for the suggestion bro I'm still thinking if I'm gonna purchase a subcompact or a compact sedan. I think I have to cross out the altis since it is expensive and offers less toys than it's competitors. The Sylphy and the MZ3 fits the bill perfectly. When I choose the MZ3 it will save me a few bucks in 3years where I could open another farm or invest my money in the stock market. I don't know why I'm not eyeing the Focus, the only Ford I want is The Expedition and Mustang.

Yes that is why the Sylphy is important to my list but I don't think I'm getting a manual transmission because I already have 2 manuals in my garage and the daily driven Innova has this clattering noise because our driver is sometimes lazy to downshift
