wala naman kelangan i-offer pa eh, its a PPV designed to ride high and to have a stiffer susepnsion.

I also have hyundai diesel crossover, yes it corners well and therefore manueverable. Riding comfort maybe good for the first 2 years if brand new but crossover suspension systems are more expensive and yet more fragile sa philippine roads natin. Its car like therefore car like dursbility din.

Low profile tires pa ang crossovers with bigger rims just to maintain that aesthetic look of a higher than car ground clearance racer. And so pati gulong madali ma wear and tear

In our world, tall is king. Crossovers aint tall

So PPv has the best to offer,

    - ideal for Philippine roads
    - taller, commands respect subconsciously from small cars as well as jeepneys, l300, auvs etc
    - durable and longer lasting suspension
    - it can also reach a stable speed of 150kph sa expressways, of course crossovers can do 180kph pero huli ka din, bayad then communuty service. PPVs are a great speed limiter for your teenage son or even you when angry and do something emotionally drastic
    - philippines has 6 months rainy season and 6 months dry season, still a win for PPV especially floods or damaged asphalt
    - and last but not least, more PPvs out there mean more affordables spare parts, economies of scale. Also higher resale value coz 2nd hand buyer perception is that buying a used PPv is like buying a tank than the softer crossover

While its good to have the sense of security that you won't be stuck in a flood how often does that really happen. CUV's can handle light floods almost just as well.

Practicality/utility wise, yes PPV's are king in Manila. But some, such as myself, prioritize ride, handling and interior quality. CUV's may not be as practical as a fortuner when it comes to broken asphalts, 400mm flash floods, and space, it makes up for in its ride quality and handling. It will always boil down to what you prioritize in the end.

Kala ko mas mabenta ang MS kaysa sa Fort...

The Fortuner outsold arch rival Mitsubishi Montero Sport by a wide margin of 6,926 units as the Toyota nameplate scored 23,082 unit sales versus the Montero Sport’s 16,156.

Laki rin kasi ng discounts ng Fort last quarter of last year.

But then, marami pa rin talagamg Pinoy ang loyal sa T-badge.
