unless, decreasing car sales to decrease cars on the road is the ultimate objective...
which the car sellers conveniently go around, by restructuring their payment schedules!
i feel the 1st quarter car sales decline, can be explained by the rush to buy new cars before jan 1, 2018.
those who had initially intended to buy a car first thing in 2018, opted to buy earlier, to escape the january 2018 price increase.
