Mga sir, especially the experts, ask ko lang which is the better buy between a 2005 Nissan X-trail 2.0 A/T worth 630K w/ a mileage of 31,000 Kms and a 2006 Hyundai Tucson 2.0 A/T worth 760K w/ a mileage of 9,000 Kms?

Eto po yung mga criteria pakisabi na lang kung alin sa dalawa ang better para sa bawat criteria and kindly elaborate the reason why you think so.

    1. Riding comfort

    2. Fuel Consumption

    3. Durability

    4. Cost of maintenance

    5. Safety

    6. Interior Looks

    7. Exterior Looks

    8. Engine Performance

    9. Audio

    and lastly

    10. Overall

Salamat po in advance, hope this would help my brother in-law in deciding which compact SUV to buy.

I'd go for the X-Trail for reliability, resale value and off-road performance
Lots of good reviews as well.

as usual kung ano ang mas ok ang condition..but if equal..(kaso taas mileage ng xtrail..) sa xtrail din ako.. styling would hold up longer since the next gen looks halos the same..and it looks more macho.. sa resale grabe bagsak ng xtrail..halos half yan in 2 years?..pero the first owner absorbed na the bulk of the loss...kaya sa iyo na ang savings!

    Depends, is the Tucson CRDi?

The X-Trail, from sketchy memory, has a better ride and a larger interior. Fuel economy should be comparable if it's a gas-powered Tucson... the X-Trail is supposedly a bit more fuel efficient than some of the other full-sized CUVs.

Laspag? 31k since 2005 means less than 15k a year. That's still good for at least 2-3 years of warranty at that usage. Most minor problems don't start appearing on new cars until after 60-100k, anyway.

I'd go for the X-Trail if the Tucson is gasoline... the Tucson if it's CRDi (for practicality's sake). But if fuel consumption isn't an issue, the X-Trail is probably better.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Which is the better buy?
