If you want something nice yet easy to sell, get a Toyota or Honda compact. The more fuel efficient the car, usually, the easier to sell.

As for the 6th gen Accord, it's actually a very nice proposition if you are into the idea of a 2nd weekend/coding car after getting your new Fortuner. Its the last Accord available locally with a manual tranny too. Compared to the same era A32 Cefiro, I find this one to have much better interior quality. Its a lot more comfortable and spacious than a Fortuner and can beat one in a drag race anytime.
