Makes me remember the Top Gear Bolivia special, James May bought an old Suzuki Vitara... It got flooded at a river crossing but it still kept going even outlasting Richard Hammond's LC40....

Haha! Onga! Ang galing ng Suzuki eh noh? Pero yung sa amin di naman ganun ka old. Its the early 90s Vitara but with 3 doors, wood paneling inside and with a leather and wood steering wheel and shifter. And its originally LHD to boot, something that can't be found in the Escudos here. Now, I wonder why they don't import 2nd hand cars from Taiwan? There are originally LHD Escudos, Delicas, Granvias, etc. there.

Haha! Kahit anong gawin nila papasok parin ng papasok ang mga yan sa Cagayan. Si Enrile kasi eh. Pero sa palagay ko kapag original LHD naman at pumapasa ng quality and emission tests, hindi naman dapat yan problema.

Lift them a bit, get big ( not too much. just enough ) tires and a bullbar ( optional. just helps to enhance the off-roader look ... hehe ) and of course, a snorkel.

but then again, be extra careful driving them. as the added ground clearance adds chances of having a roll-over at sudden turns during high speed.

Try Suzuki Jimny. Kabitan mo ng snorkel Muffler and increase the height.
