Ford winning again in Australia. The 2.0 Turbo and 2.0 Bi-Turbo Ecoblue engines will make these Rangers a good buy.

    Sirs,

Planning to buy a pick-up, and I am not familiar with car engines and anything related to cars. I only know how to drive...hehehe...My question is:

From among the several pick-up out there, what should I consider buying? I am on a tight budget so it should only a 4x2, and it should also be diesel and automatic transmission...

New Strada with 181HP 2.4Mivec to be officialy launched Jan23 looks good on paper. 1.24m and 1.3m with standard ASC and TCL. A good deal over its present competition.

D-max had stability control on the 3.0 LS models way back in 2016. Only the 1.9 LS models had it removed. Same goes with the Mu-x. Sad thing is Isuzu still can't standardize side and curtain airbags

The update on 2016 for 2017 model year introduces ESC as standard. This was the first major update with 18inch wheels, DRL, updated tail gate design, and auto climate control. 2018 model year introduced blue power euro4 engines. All had ESC. LS 4x2 and 4x4 had the same features, just lacking the 4wd.
