I think we've replaced our Crosswind clutch once. At 40,000 kms (our driver at the time was a clutch-driver. Now at 190,000kms (or close to it) on just the second.

But then, with all the people saying na nakakangawit ang M/T, I've yet to see any of them qualify the kind of clutch they're using and on what engine. So it's become sort of a generalized statement, short of being a cliche.
Too true. They likely haven't driven anything as bad as my cars... ;) But I've never felt hard put by the Crosswind's clutch.

Of course, the contrary is also true... people who say ATs are all boring or don't give you control haven't driven all kinds of ATs, either.
