Lightest in terms of steering. Yun arangkada ibig kong sabihin. Yun konting apak nararamdaman mo. I drove my friend 3.2 everest feel ko medyo numb mabigat kaha. For me yun top speed mas hindi importe to me but yun overtake between 100 to 140. Sa national road. Sa expressway naman d importante yun overtakingpower since open at walang kasalubong

My fellow biker has tried its montero at 200 kph. My old strada did run at 180 kph and caren at 210 kph. So no doubt new montero will get 200
Mux and trail almost have the same vibrations and NVH levels... sorry to say but these two sounds and feels like they are two Generations behind the All new Everest...

sir niky mentioned na ang 0-100 km/h ng everest 3.2 is somewhere around 11-12 seconds via VBOX. and i remember in one thread fortuner 3.0 d4d vs montero 2.5 vgt (previous generation) ata un when he tested the 0-100 kmh acceleration of the gls-v a/t via VBOX he got 10.8 seconds for the 4x2 vgt so that means mas mabilis pa rin older montero sa 3.2 everest kung 0-100 kmh acceleration more likely sa 0-400 m drag race din.

Paps lalong baliktad ata. Mabigat ang 3.2 from 0-40kph pero above that dun mo na mararamdaman yung hatak nya which is better for overtaking.

Yes ford has better nvh and insulation but with these it weight heavier. Tahimik. Good luxury car. Isuzu on other hand is lighter but noisier. More rugged. Its been ford emblem that they focus on nvh level. Comfort and luxurious.

Im not comparing to montero. Sa 3.0 mux. Yun 2.5 na mux ko nga feel ko mas malaks sya from 0 to 50 than my montero. Since mabigat sya its almost 1.5 tons ang everest against sa ibang suv which is 300 to 400 kg lighter. Parang may sakay ka laging 5 to 6 person. So yun momentum ng acceleration as well as deceleration medyo compromise.

PPVs aren't built for speed and most buyers would choose comfort than acceleration in this segment. Though it helps once in a while if you have better acceleration but how often do we have to overtake running at 100 kph on national roads? Yes, I'd give acceleration to monty, engine durability to mux, reliablity to fort, torque to tb but overall comfort with plenty of safety features to eve.

Dont know about the previous gen of ford but im saying about the current. Its just dissapointing to have the biggest displacement. 198 hp almost 500 nm of torque. Yet it cant be felt . Its just look good on papers

Yes you are right sir about comfort. But for my case. I seldom use suv on city. Its big hirap sumingit and parking. In the city . I either use sedan with driver which has better comfort level or scooter.
