Wala pa naman kaming nababalitaan na nanakaw na Avanza sa mga members nang Avanza Club for the past 8 years.. Pareho lang yan sa ibang sasakyan.. lahat naman may na ca carnap..

Sa parts wala din namang problema..

There's a lot of compromise.. I'm guessing after a short while, people would secrety tell themselves that they should have bought the Innova instead.
Its the ugly plastic brio modilio dash, this is no secret.

But then again, if it's Adventure versus Avanza, sa Adventure na ako. Never expect much in terms of comfort when it comes to a Jurassic AUV like this. It does deliver when it comes to loading capacity, reliability, durability and ease of maintenance though. If the front facing 3rd row is too tight, I suppose there's always the option of converting it to side facing benches.

ganda ng nakita kong orange na mobilio RS! the lower variant is not so bad din nung nakita ko sa mall. interior though, too bland for me. yung seats di gaanong comfy. i find the seating position too low na parang pick up. what i like are the trunk space kahit gamit ang 3rd row and yung dami ng cup and bottle holders. can't comment on the engine and ride kasi di ko naman natest drive.

so far di pa ko nagsisisi sa pagkuha ng ertiga hehe

I'm also eyeing on these compact MPV's since I am planning to buy our new car for family use, it would also be used mostly in steep roads and there are unpaved roads as well but not steep

Is Ertiga suitable for driving in steep roads on a day to day basis? If not what other compact mpv's are suitable for such roaways?

Also is there a thread about comparison of non compact MPV/AUV? I wanted to read about but can't find one, if you are kind enough to share a link.

You can create one. How steep is steep?

Methinks, if Antipolo-hairpin-area-like, and lots (+/- 20% of your total mileage) of them, then buy high torque diesels.

You never know when you will need the extra torque.

Agree on the flood and high humps.
    How high are the MPV?
with or without the side skirts.

Warning: Drive it like a sedan. In short, no more than a feet of water.

Second warning: hindi yan alam ng mga SA kahit nga Service hindi nila alam.

If you are talking about some side hills sa antipolo and surrounding areas where the gradient is 45degrees. I would suggest the rear wheel drive avanza or innova. Pag umulan hirap mga front wheel drive car sa steep areas especially if loaded yun sasakyan. And the tires are rather narrow. But if main roads lng towards antipolo wala hirap any vehicle.

Hi,I would like to share my experience regarding those MPV's

Let's start with our Innova(although its not written above in the title)

May 2012 - Innova G VVT-i A/T : I love how the car runs, its smooth very smooth(compare to what have here in our garage) I barely hear the engine noise even though I'm revving the car hard, riding comfort is just OK haha,a bit bouncy but not as bad as the Adventure.Power is MORE THAN enough to pull the car even when loaded, fuel consumption is understandable since its a big a car fed with gasoline so what do I expect? Plus Automatic pa.as for the AC during summer noon time the rear area is not that cold,I remember when we use the Innova going to pampanga I barely feel the coldness of the AC(maybe sobrang init sa pampanga) for the front AC naman, some how enough for the driver and the front seat passenger.(Sold the car early this year)

August 2012 - Suzuki APV GLX: Sobrang Maalog, sips gas like big SUV's(city with heavy traffic 4km/l - highway 9km/l).Among all our vehicles this car has the most powerful AC,I barely use the second AC even during those hot summer days.not as smooth as the innova, I have to rev the engine a bit higher to gain some speed on hilly roads.I also love the sound system of this car.(We still have this car)

February 2013 - Toyota Avanza 1.5G M/T : Not that fuel efficient but compare to the APV its economical haha, the car engine shakes above 110kph,engine noise is also present during those speed,or should I say engine roar? Haha,AC power is not enough to cool the car especially when loaded even though I invested for a good window film(vkool).one thing I love with the Avanza, ung pagiging 4 holes nya, even every month I can change my shoes cause its cheaper.(Sold early 2014)

September 2013 - Mitsubishi Adventure GLX: The car is bouncy bouncy bouncy,Its diesel engine is noisy noisy noisy,Economical car, can't beat the speed limit.I top up 120kph with a deaf ear left due to engine noise.3rd row isn't comfortable(not front facing).the car sound system sounds very cheap.Very cheap to maintain(we still have this car)

Not the most expensive one,I paid PHP 8,200 plus PHP 500 for the removal of the existing window film.compare to our other rides na puro freebies ang window film.
