Kung same price lang naman mag VTi ka na, more bang for the bucks. Better engine 1.6L vs LXi 1.5L, VTi has VTEC, power antenna for VTi and color coded door handles.

sir ung fuel consumption po ba nila same din lang? un din po kasi tlga ung concern ko. actualy 1st choice ko po talaga ung vti but in the condition of fuel price now napapaisip po ako n mag lxi, pero kung konti lng naman po difference ng consumption nla vti na. anu po sa tingin nyo sir? pasensya na po mga sir....

Ask the EK boys here (archie123456789) since la akong experience sa EK Civic. Kung meron mang fuel economy discrepancy I wouldn't be surprised if its insignificant.

hindi ganung ka significant ang FC ng both.
i think LXi consumes around 13 kpl pure highway, 10-11 kpl/mixed and around 9-10 city.
ganun din ang VTi.

sir tidus and sir 1d4lv maraming salamat po, vti na lang po kukunin ko.. sabi po na mga friends ko mag lagay na lang daw po ako ng air filter like k&n para bumaba ang consumption..is this true?

anyway, concerning the FC of both... tama po hindi nagkakalayo yung dalawa. masmatipid lang ng konte ang LXi sa VTi in city driving pero when it comes to highway driving, halos same lang. mas matipid pa yung VTi ng konte...

kung budget ay 300k... go for the VTi na talaga... vtec pa.

with the filter, yun din naririning ko na mas matipid yung nakaKnN. better mixture daw kasi. cant be that sure pero one thing i can be sure of... sarap pakingan ng air filter and vtec... lalo na kung patay yung sounds

kung same price nga ang dalawa mag vti ka na lang may vtec power pa. kung fc ang concern mo, and city driving mas matipid nga talaga ang lxi compare sa vti..
